I recently had a complicated withdrawal issue with an online casino, and the team at Casino Guru handled my case with exceptional professionalism. Throughout the entire process, they were patient, responsive, and completely fair.Samuel, in particular, followed my case closely, asked the right questions at the right moments, and made sure every detail was clarified. Thanks to his support, my situation was monitored continuously until all my withdrawals were finally processed in full.I truly appreciate the transparency, the calm communication, and the dedication they showed. Casino Guru helped turn a stressful experience into a resolved one.Highly recommended for any player who needs reliable, unbiased assistance.

Overall good site ..they could be a little more clear about the terms when your redeeming a coupon but other than that theyre great. Way better at cust9mer service (i always use chat) quick and very helpful.****update: was not expecting a response to my review, but muchly appreciated that they did response. It reinforces what i had said in my intial review about customer service of high priorty for this business. Change 4 star rating to 5 star rating

The best !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't play blockbets too often, but so far I've only had positive experiences. I'm thinking and hoping for further adventures! I think the casino deserves a big chance!
