While the customer support responds quickly, sometimes the solutions offered don't fully address the issues. I've had moments where the app freezes, which detracts from my overall enjoyment. Nevertheless, the gameplay itself remains engaging and keeps me coming back.

Sometimes I feel that the ad placements are a bit intrusive, especially after every game session; it detracts from the fun.

I enjoyed the strategic depth of the game, but the ads can really interrupt the flow. They pop up frequently, especially after each match, which can be annoying when I'm trying to focus. At least the UI is clear, making it easy to navigate between matches and options.
