The support team was helpful in addressing my concerns, but response times could be improved.

The battery usage is moderate, so it's good for extended play sessions without draining my phone too quickly. However, I've encountered a few bugs that caused the app to crash, especially during peak hours. Customer support has been responsive, which is reassuring when issues arise.
