So basically. I played with the free chip that they give you as a new comer. And I went through all of it and still had to left over a $50.I added dodge coin just $10 and when I tried to pull out my earnings. They told me that they would not put any of my dodge dogecoin on my account until i went through the money that was on there already. But they still took the money from my bank. So so I decided to go through the money that I had on there from the free chip. And I was able to get the $10 in Dogecoin on to my account. My account was verified already. And I had around fifty one dollars and i saw that you can only make withdrawals if light coin bit coin. Or ethereum.... I gave them my light coin address in. They told me that it was not valid. I ended up just going through the money from being impatient and when I tried contacting support and asked them how come I wasn't able to get my earnings? They said my account was below 50 so.I couldn't withdraw at that time. But I was not asking for it at that time. I had expressed that it was when I did have over fifty but they would not answer me.I really like their games that they have on there. And I wanna put in more money into the account. I'm just scared that if I do, they're gonna give me another excuse. As to why it is that I can't withdraw my earnings. My account information is username:miegame in my name is Rebecca

I recently submitted a formal complaint to CasinoGuru regarding Bino.bet, after waiting several weeks for a €3,996 withdrawal that is still stuck on “pending”. Despite multiple emails, Bino.bet continues to respond with vague excuses like “please wait” or “we are processing it,” but nothing ever happens. With my complaint, I included clear evidence: screenshots of the pending withdrawal, email conversations, and the exact dates involved.I’ve read many positive stories from other players who had their issues resolved through CasinoGuru, which gives me confidence that they take these cases seriously and genuinely try to help.I’ll update this review based on how things progress, but for now: huge respect to CasinoGuru for offering a platform where players can be heard. We truly need this in the online casino world.
