The app's support team was helpful when I encountered a bug that crashed my game; they responded promptly with a workaround. However, the frequent updates can be a hassle, as I prefer to play without interruptions. The timers during matches keep the pace lively, but at times they also feel a bit strict. I wish there were more customization options for the game background; it would make it more personal. Battery consumption seems reasonable, which is a plus for longer gaming sessions.
