I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).

What made my experience great was not just the great selection of gaming they have for al members but the staff on customer support has nothing but great service and knowledgeable to answer and assist most of the inquiries brought to them. Couldn't be more happy to be a member at RITZ SLOTS

Bunch of games to chose from with some fun bonus games.

I promise that I win win win with this website I play several but this one is my favorite
