I had played stakr casino for a while and a few days ago I had won and went to redeem which there kept being an issue so I contacted support and they said to just try it again, so I try it again and it has the same problem and I go to contact support again and the website says i cant access it since im location restricted. I thought it was a mistake since I got no warning they would be stopping operations in my state and I had just gone on there less that 24 hours before so I contacted the email support and they said the my did in fact stop operating in my state. I asked follow up questions like why did I not get any warning whatsoever and am I still able to withdraw what I won or if I can't then if I am physically in a different state can I withdraw my winnings and they have since ignored all emails and questions.

Slotocash has always been a fun website, they have great games, the rtp is incredible and customer service is always on point, never rude but direct if they have to be. Always generous bonuses with low rollover rates but I never use those. Just wish the verification process didn't take so long still waiting to be approved but all in all a great friendly FAIR website casino
