I was having difficulties on verifying my email for my account. After speaking with the staff on the chat screen the assistant named Liam was quick to respond, quick to assess the issue and quick to resolve my issue. If a customer service agent was this professional then this is the site I recommend to anyone. Kudos Liam you made my day.

Scrooge use to be one of my favorite platforms because I could easily cash out $100 and it paid quickly then when I tried to cash out $900 their asking for 4 different proofs of cards and statements. I have sent them 3 of the 4 and even tried to get the last one and they still refuse to let me back in and to give me my cash out. If something is changed I may chance my review but at this point I am very disappointed with Scrooge. I have put money on there multiple times for them to do this.
