Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

At first when i signed up with Spassino, i was a bit apprehensive. Because so many online casino dont deliver as they advertise. But to my surprise Spassino really did come true to their offer. Even verifcation withdrawing process was smooth. So honesty, plays a big part for me to respect someone. So Spassino has earned my respect for them. You are all in good hands.

I appreciate that Captain Jack Casino doesn’t make you jump through hoops for withdrawals. After my first cashout, all future requests were processed quickly — and they always notify me about new promos as soon as they drop.

I love Wild casino but my only complaint is my favorite game doesn't work. Keno draw. It always refreshes.
