Hlo I am Sandy this the very trusted app I like it.

I absolutely love playing on Scrooge. It has my favorite games which I can’t say for every site that I play on. Verification was so easy, it took only a few minutes and a few documents and I was approved same day for redemption. I chose an instant payout and it was exactly that; instant. I put in my redemption request, went back to playing and watched as the notification popped up showing my deposit. Just a really fun experience where I actually win and can redeem my prize super fast.

When looking online for some information about online gaming, I found them to be most insightful and having a wide range of detail and information. Seems very well presented and gave the type of information I wanted.

I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the complaints email they have supplied does not work! Avoid this casino at all costs, looks at reviews on reputable sites like casino.guru to understand why!

The agents that are working as customer service are awesome and respectful and I'm much appreciate them for their website I I'm currently waiting for my first withdrawal to go through thanks and best of luck! 🙏
